Hey folks! Had a couple people asking about R2/Spellbound, so here's another quick update!

Spellbound is back on the backburner so I can focus on Rack 2 again. It's very likely to see some small updates eventually, but I wanna put more energy into R2 and try to get the MP update out with this push. We'll see. After that, it's likely Spellbound will get an update to make Locket more interactive; that's one of the top requests!

On a small personal note - over the pandemic, I've had a number of conversations with my doctor. Nothing scary, this time - but we discussed my energy levels and my work/focus issues. The short version of the story is that I've got a sleep study scheduled to look into dealing with sleep apnea, and depending on how well that helps, we might be following up by looking into ADHD treatments. Again - more of a personal note, but because both those things impact (or have impacted?) the way I get work done, I figure y'all should know!

Anyway, I hope everyone had wonderful holidays, and your new year is off to a great start! <3

I can attest that sleep apnea can cause that. My husband would have times where he'd wake up and then not really be awake for like an hour and have no energy. Way better after getting a cpap! Hope things get better!

Sleep apnea is the worst. if you snore at all a cpap will make you sleep so much better it's wild, hope it works out well for you :D

My wife just finished her sleep study late last year, and got her machine near the end of December, which we're told is fortunate, as sometimes lead time on those can be rough. Made a WORLD of difference for her, and I hope it does for you too! Same with ADHD. I didn't get the hyperactive part of that, but managing it has been a life-long learning experience for me

I'm subscribing just to leave this comment, since you mentioned your sleep apnea and I've wanted to give a little back besides a small donation for the work you've done in the past that I appreciated. You might find it useful to take a look at two things, one is how sleep apnea is influenced by how the facial structure of someone developed since childhood and how it can still change even in adulthood, that's related to the use of the mastication muscles and the proportion between nose and mouth breathing. A good starting reference is a guy called James Nestor, who wrote the book "Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art". And the other is the second episode of a podcast that got super popular since the start of last year, called the Huberman Lab podcast. The guy is a professor of Neurobiology and Ophthalmology from Stanford, and in that episode he explains some peculiar mechanics the human body has to structure it's own sleep patterns and what someone can do to help with their own sleep problems. From what I know, that stuff hasn't reached mainstream common sense and regular medical practice, so it may help you. I'm not writing this to preach, and I apologize for the arrogance and unsolicited advice, also for the likely bad english.
