Hey, everyone! Here's the illustration I've been working on this month! I'm kind of happy with how this one turned out. I hope you are too! The sketch you guys voted for was originally flipped around the other way. Hopefully you don't mind that I settled on this way instead!

I don't quite know what the swirly spheres are. Arcane party lights? Maybe it's a planetarium? Whatever they are, they sure are fun to draw. And I want them in my apartment.

I'm pretty happy with the color palette to be honest! It's one I haven't used a lot before. For the longest time while working on this picture I wasn't quite feeling the colors I had chosen, but it sort of came together right at the end of the process. Those of you who opted in to see the process may notice that. :)

The keen eyed among you may also have noticed that there hasn't been a poll running while I've been working on this picture like there normally is. Don't worry, there will be one! I'm just trying something new. More on that hopefully within the next couple of days when I post the poll! :)

Oh blimey! I am absolutely in love with this colour scheme and yes, those spherical things in the background are quite nice 😄. Starting off, like I said before, love the colours here with the cool-toned background, similarly cool shadows draping the edges of the characters, while their bodies are more warmly lit towards the centre. I really like the colours of the characters themselves, with their limbs being tinted that pinkish hue, giving them more of an alien feel, though looking at the horns and and tails, i like to think that they're demons 😂. But that tangent aside 😅, carrying on with the colours, I like the greens of the guy's wrist-wraps and the cushions underneath some of the characters, contrasted against the warm skin tones, similarly so with the glowing blue eyes of him and the lady resting against him. I do love the overall poses of these characters, they all look wonderful, I especially like the girl biting his lip as well as the one resting against him. With the lip-biting girl, she looks so fluid and sensual with how her body flows out to the side like that, the arch of her back leading the eye to her delightful bum, where that flow carries on through curling tail, as well as down below with her extended legs. While with the resting girl, I really like the way her face opposes the direction of her body, looking up and to the left, while body turns to her right. I also like that her leg rises to the right of her body, going even further in that direction with her calf, while the overall foreshortening of her body is very well done. Oh and of course, going back to the lip-bite girl, her expression is terrific, so sexy and gleeful 😍😍😍. All of the ladies look incredibly sexy here, with the girl at the bottom, I like the long form of her neck, with her hair draped across her shoulder and trailing over her breasts (with her and lip-bite girl, I like how both of them have their breasts teased). You did a great job on her tongue too with how it extends and really looks like it wraps around... well, you know 😉. Similarly so, her fingers are so well done as they grip the man's thigh, I especially like her middle finger, how it's different to the others and bending. And lastly, the rendering and lighting... holy hellfire, you've really outdone yourself here! Especially given that there's so many characters, all of them look equally brilliant and detailed. Starting with the guy, he actually features some of my favourite parts of this painting, specifically the pale blue light that shines on him from behind, giving those ethereal looking rim lights along his horns, head, neck an shoulders, seriously, that effect is magnificent! And while typing, I just noticed that his left hand has a similar glow, seeming to come from the substance in the bottle which I like. I am very impressed by how well rendered his mouth it with his lip being gripped in the girls' teeth, while his muscles are fantastically painted. The lip bite girl is stunningly well done, like I said, i adore her expression, while her hair is wonderfully detailed and lit (the fact that it's purple is also a bonus 💜). The more subtle edge-lighting along her shoulders and down her bum and legs looks terrific, speaking of which, dat booty! The rendering of the forms, the shadows and lights separating each side, the rounded shapes, just perfect 😍😍😍, her legs too look amazing, especially where they bend with the cool-toned lighting against the especially warm pink skin. With the girl resting, I love how her hair drapes across her shoulders and breasts, as ell as the fingers gripping her cup, the pinkish hues across her nose and cheeks, as well as the blue lighting running down her calf. I especially like hard edge that runs down her calf too, separated by that blue light. And with the girl at the bottom, her neck and clavicles look terrific, as does the shadow running underneath her jaw, as well as her tongue, you really nailed the textures and that juicy look. And as ever, the "mess" is very well done with that goopy texture and how it runs over the anatomy of the characters, accentuating the forms it covers. That reminds me, i forgot to also praise the lip-bite girl's left arm, the shine there with the liquid running down it, as well as the definition of the muscles in her arm looks amazing. Okay, this is probably really long so I'd best end here 😅. To summarise, the colours in this piece are gorgeous, combined with the lighting and background, they give this painting a really beautiful, ethereal atmosphere, while all the characters are so intricately and fantastically posed and rendered. Brilliant work!

Thank you, Ciaran! Very happy to hear you found a lot of things to like about this one. :) I tried to use references for the faces and their expressions a bit more than I typically do, and I think that was a good decision. 😄 Fun fact: The spheres in the background and all those sparkly lights were something I only added last night after feeling pretty fatigued by the process towards the end. And it was a change that definitely salvaged my own interest in the picture and made me like it again. It's something I've done in other pictures in the past too. When I feel stuck, those big changes help give a fresh perspective on things and trigger ideas for how to get through to the end. 👍

Damn that's a piece of art ! This is insanely gorgeous... Everything is great in this illustration but I really like the pink shading of the limbs and these spheres are so cool ! By the way, I looove when it gets messy like this... Truly my favorite so far !

Once again Calm, you've blown my mind. The lights are gorgeous, the forms, shapes and curves are amazing and the situation is so damn sexy. The way you've drawn her tongue around his sex is so gorgeous that it makes me wish I was able to switch with his place :D Artistically speaking, this is once again a fantastic piece of art. It is great to see that you've been able to put so much dedication in this "old" thumbnail As always, wan't wait to see your next chef d'oeuvre
