First Big Teaser Announcement Starts Thursday! (Patreon)

Hey all,

So with Revamp v0.07 behind us, I wanted to move on to the next big announcement that I've hinted at a couple of times.

WTF is this and when is the First Teaser?

First early access teaser video drops on my Instagram this Thursday at 1PM EST. If you're not following me over there, you can still see the teaser at that time even without an account. Note that there will be more teaser videos coming very soon and they too will be posted on IG and other social profiles of mine that can all be found here. 

What to Expect

First off, let's nip this part: it's not a new game but it is something that people have asked for and I've been working on it behind the scenes with Jordyn's help for a couple months now. This first video is super fucking lame and everything that you've probably come to expect from me trying to market something :P 

This is the first of several teasers. There's no music. There's no context (yet). It's just a 14 second video shot from my iPhone, on my desk, where it all began. 

Why Announce on IG vs Patreon

So it's no secret that social media platforms have been a bit musky for awhile now. While Patreon is my primary base of operation, Patreon isn't a social site where i can Promote and share information quickly that can be passed along. When it comes to Patreon, you have to be already actively following me or know about the project to get information about it. 

In contrast, other social media outlets can be a new way to spread word about the project and grow the audience. New people that don't know about the project see the things that you share from me on there and they may be interested and try the project. So I'm trying to push out this first announcement over there, hoping that I can get a lot of you over there to help me spread the word by liking posts or sharing the links elsewhere. Basically, I don't grow through Patreon. I grow elsewhere then send people back here. So if you want to help out, this is one of the absolute best ways you can help me.

Will The Announcement be Made Here on Patreon?

Hell yes it will. I'm definitely not leaving the Patreon audience out on this so don't feel like you have to go make another account somewhere (because that's annoying).  I'm going to post the video teaser here as a FREE Public post on Saturday, September 9 at 1pm EST (48 hours later). Instagram is just getting the first look this time to hopefully encourage some people to help me spread the word . I'll also be posting a link to the teaser on Twitter on Saturday if Elon doesn't break something again before then.

Saturday, September 9, 1pm EST -- Official Teaser Video posted on Patreon and Twitter using my official YouTube channel.

This is a pretty big deal for me, guys. And I'm absolutely terrified to show it but too late now. I just gave a release time.
