Links not being sent out properly (Patreon)

So I just noticed a rather annoying flaw in the Relationship Manager that might have been affecting people not getting messages from me for some time ON time.
Whenever I send out mass emails to patrons, I've been sending them out to people who have been billed that same month. But for whatever reason, it doesn't take into account new patrons who have newly pledged in the same month. Or at least it appears that way.
Which is highly vexing, as I know I have had people drop their pledges to me and now I'm wondering is it because they haven't been getting my emails, despite the fact they successfully pledged their dollars in the month they joined.
This is just me having a rant. I'll make sure that everyone gets emails from me properly here on out.
