the first half of this episode is the power of budget....in a normal kdrama no way on earth could a production get Cha Tae Hyun to play a side character but bc they got such a seasoned actor, he brought way more chops than was necessary. Sure the special effects but when you can properly deploy incredible talent (hell even the NIS secretary is an incredible actress who normally has 2nd line roles after her breakout in Hellbound or the old guy who plays the security guard or the teacher or the principle......all these incredible actors for bit parts) the drama becomes absolutely special
