This week, let yourself have an accident in an age regressed state. Listen to your favorite babyish music.

Turn on the music. Let yourself get lulled into a nice age regressed state. Just relax, take in the sound of the music, let it make you feel more and more age regressed. If you are feeling it, start sucking your thumb or a pacifier. Whenever you body is ready, just let it happen. Feel the soothing music and feel how you're wetting yourself to it. Feel the warmth and comfort of it. It's ok to sometimes be a baby and just relax and wet yourself. 

You can even choose a special song to be a trigger. The more often you wet yourself while listening to the song, the more you will associate that song with regressing and wetting. It's good to have little triggers like this, to help bring you into the right mental state whenever you want.

This works for me super good but with a few changes. Since am already always age regress, the effect is more mindless versus thinky. And what works for me is tv show theme songs like paw patrol peppa pig etc. just heating them makes me need my paci super bad to the point of anxious without it, and it’s almost for sure it’ll make me actually start wetting on heating them. Like it relaxes my body and makes me go. It reminds me my situate is forever and nothing can be done and that feel makes me pee. It’s a proud and happy feeling to feel safe know it won’t and can’t change.

Finally had a chance to put on my onesie, suck on my dummy (pacifier) and listen to Mommy's suggested music today. Letting my mind go blank and relaxing as the urge to pee increased and then letting it flow out of me 😁. Thankyou Mommy
