You are going to be good, and whimper for Mommy as you wet yourself today. You’ll go somewhere where no one can hear you, and you’ll let yourself slip into a helpless and desperate mode. You’ll feel the pressure of your bladder building and building… the more it builds the more you will whimper and cry… finally, at the final moment… you will feel your bladder give out. This is when you whimper even more. Say out loud “oh no, I’m having an accident”. Be so desperate that you start sobbing. Feel the emotional and bodily release happen at once. You are helplessly wetting your pants.

This little moment of helplessness will be good for you... Mommy knows it. Looking down at your wet pants as you stop whimpering will make you feel better. And if you want to, go put on a diaper :)

Is anyone interested in messing instructions as well? Thinking about that idea!

One thing too is my whole thing is being teach a wet/mess good and potty bad, so crying and being anxious doing it is not a thing that make sense. Like for me it’s about being instruct a do it. Whimpering yes cuz it’s intense. Crying happy maybe? Dunno,

Update mummy. As I paid attention to the work I was doing. I happily ignored needing to rush to the potty today and I let myself wet myself with joy. It felt good. I didn't feel the need to whimper though. I just let it go as a good girl should.
