These instructions are to help you relax. Today, when your bladder feels awfully full.. go to the bathroom.. feel how your really really have to go... in this moment, think of some problem in your life, some cause of stress that you want to let go of.

When you relieve yourself in your pants, the feeling of relief will transfer to your problems as well. As you feel yourself needing to pee, I want you to bounce around. Hold yourself and bounce around like a little kid. You might feel silly doing it, but remember, you're doing it because Mommy told you to. There's nothing wrong with being a good little one and following instructions.

Then look at the faucet... you know that as soon as you turn on the faucet and hear the sound of the water that you will want to pee.... so turn on the faucet... as soon as you hear the sound of the running water... close your eyes and feel yourself pee your pants. Relieve yourself in your pants. Empty your bladder as you listen to the water... and as you do it, feel all the stressful problems of the day going away... feel the relief.. feel how good it is. 

Wetting your pants is good for you. It's good stress relief.. it's something you need. 

I hope it brings a nice moment of relaxation to your day!
