Hello Hypno Permanence Fans,

I went on a research journey this week to see if I can find any more research on medical causes and treatments for adult bedwetting. Do you know why? So I can reverse engineer those methods and instead turn you all into incontinent bedwetters! I will post some tips on daytime incontinence and bowel incontinence too.

A little summary:

Bedwetting alarms are one of the most useful methods for people to overcome bedwetting because it trains people to be aware of their body and to associate the feeling of a full bladder with a wake up signal.

To get the reverse effect, you need to become more and more unaware of your body's signals that you have to pee, and you need to unset the alarm in your body.

Here are my suggestions:

1) If you wake up and have to pee, just start peeing and go back to sleep. Learn to associate your bed with peeing. Going back to sleep, as you're peeing will train your mind to not have an alarm for peeing. It will teach your body that it's ok to be asleep and too pee at the same time. No need for an alarm in your own body to wake you up.

2) If you wake up dry, as soon as you wake up, wet the bed. You need to build the association with the bed and peeing. If you do this while you're still in a half-asleep state, this helps re-train your mind, that it's ok to pee while asleep or sleepy. No need to suddenly jolt awake just because you need to pee.

I have a recording for this:

Wet the Bed As Soon As You Wake Up - Trigger Hypnosis

If you have trouble even with peeing the bed, tip #3 is for you:

3) I released this hypnosis as a monthly file some time ago, and I'm re-posting it for this tier. This hypnosis guides you through a training where you lie down and just wet the bed (or wet your diaper) while in bed, while awake. Your mind needs to learn to associate the bed as a place where you can pee.

4) One of the articles said this: "The figures on prevalence of enuresis nocturna and the type indicate that the annual spontaneous cure rate in adults is very low

In case you want to see the journal article, it was this one

So the way to reverse engineer this one is this: it's hard for bedwetters to spontaneously stop wetting the bed, it takes training. Same for all of you who want to become bedwetters. It won't happen over night, it will take some practice and habits. But.. once you are a bedwetter, the chance that you will spontaneously go back are pretty low. Once you lose muscle control, it will be permanent. If that's what you're looking for, that's good news :)

5) Pelvic floor exercises are commonly used to help adult bedwetters. Interestingly though, I read an article that said men have a harder time contracting their pelvic floor muscles when told to (so it's easier for men to release urine on command instead of hold it in).

If you're a man who wants to be a bedwetter, that's good news. Even if you wanted to do bladder muscle strengthening exercises, maybe you can't. Maybe you're destined to be a bedwetter. And better than bladder strengthening exercises is bladder release exercises....

As you fall asleep, practice releasing a little pee. Doing this as an exercises to train your bladder to be weaker. Do it any time you wake up in the night. Do it any time you take a nap in bed. Practice loosening those muscles again and again.

Thanks so much for the tips hypno mommy. I'll defend try out each method. Much appreciated.

Point 5 seems like a good fundation for a file. Maybe you could show us males how bad we really are at contracting these muscles, and once we notice... Kind of like reverse biofeedback

So much good information. Thank you Mommy ☺️
