Hello Little One,

I have some special instructions for you…  you’re going to put on a diaper and lie down somewhere cozy where you can close your eyes and wet yourself… if you don’t have a diaper, and you don’t want to wet yourself in bed, you can try to lie down in the shower or bathtub… just make yourself comfortable… you can cover your lower body in a towel or T-shirt to make a kind of makeshift diaper.

Drink two large glasses of warm water about 20 minutes before you lie down... Then lie down and relax… listen to some soothing music, any music that relaxes you. Maybe even some babyish music that helps you enter little space. There’s no rush… you can even let yourself fall asleep if you want… as you’re lying down… you’ll probably notice that your bladder is filling… getting heavier and heavier…

Now most adults would get up and use the potty, but you are not going to do that. You’re going to keep relaxing. As you’re lying down… feel how your bladder slowly fills… now instead of getting up to use the potty, you’ll let it just let go. You’ll wet your diaper.

At the moment that your bladder gets so heavy that you want to get up and walk to the potty, instead you’re going to just relax and start peeing. Just focus on the music and let go… let it be mindless… let it be a totally normal and automatic thing to do… as soon as you feel that your bladder is getting so full, just let go.

Enjoy the experience :) And you can keep napping in a wet diaper afterwards if you feel comfy.

That sounds great but why hot water? Does that work faster to overflow the bladder?
