use it as a moment to reinforce something for yourself... keep reading and take in the suggestions. When you wet yourself.. feel the moment that your bladder loses control.. and admit to yourself what is happening. Admit that you're wetting your pants. Admit that you couldn't make it the bathroom, you couldn't control your bladder, so now you're wetting yourself like a baby. Say it out loud, say "I'm just wet my pants" our loud. Say it to yourself, so you have to admit that it happened. 

Feel the warmth in your pants... look down at the wet spot... look in the mirror and see yourself in wet pants. Remember that you are a pants wetter. 

And next time you wear a diaper... feel it hugging you. Remember that this is right for you. Feel how normal it feels to be wearing it. Say it loud, say "I'm wearing a diaper, because I need one". Feel how it affects your bladder... feel how your bladder wants to let go. Let this feeling grow and grow... let the feeling of needing to pee grow until suddenly you are wetting yourself... 

When this happens it will be a reminder to you.. you are a wetter. You have accidents in your pants... and when you remember this, even if it makes you feel a little flash of embarrassment, just smile and enjoy it. You are pants wetter. You know it, I know it. There's no reason to deny it!
