Hello Hypno Fans,

I've been thinking about how water sounds can work wonders on a full bladder. I've noticed that water sounds really help some people pee. I don't mean only for ABDL lovers but for everyone!

Once I was with a friend, who was trying to pee. I was there to watch, because well, I enjoying watching people pee! He was feeling a bit pee-shy with me staring at him, and he turned on the faucet. As soon as he heard the running water he started to pee. It was a natural trigger that immediately flipped the switch in his bladder.

It's a trigger that probably many people have. If you start to pee as soon as you enter the shower, go to a pool or river, you probably trained yourself even more to associate water sounds with peeing.

I have included it in a few of my hypnosis files in the past. I don't want the sound of water to break you out of trance, but at the same time, if the sound of water helps you pee, maybe I will include it in more of my files.

It seems like a great natural trigger to help you release your bladder. What do you think, do water sounds make you have to pee? The sounds of a waterfall, a river, running water, or maybe the sound of a water hitting the ground and forming a puddle?

I think using the sounds of a gentle river or gentle rain storm in the background of your files may be something worth exploring.

I must have been trained LONG ago with running water. Now whenever it rains I'm soaked all day or night. If someone turns on a tap or shower, that's it. I'm wet. Lots of FUN!

I used to use water sounds to help me wet the bed. They seem very effective.😊

The sound of water almost always makes me feel the need to pee. The feel and sound of water even more so. Yes, as soon as I step in the shower and often before, I always pee. I normally have some control, but not in this case. I have to step in (or aim my stream towards the shower) or there will be a puddle on the floor. But this is also usually true whenever I wash dishes or wash my hands, I pee my diaper if I haven't already done so. In an earlier post you mentioned the "hand in water trick" to make someone wet the bed. I have never needed that to make me wet the bed. (I have never had a choice in that department.) But I am certain that would work on many people because of how strong of a trigger water is to releasing the bladder. In addition to water sounds, I wonder if imagery of the feel of water can induce wet pants or diaper.
