good episode, i like how our boy coming to terms with himself and standing on business for his girl. the dog probably my favorite comedy bit the stare back caught me off gaurd. lastly this weirdo make me urk ive known mfs like that they turn out for the worst most times bro not allowed within 500yards of my danger duo.

This is a case of the anime adaptation being better than the manga. Ichikawa didn't stand up to senpai in the manga, and instead Moeko bailed him out. In the anime, he straight said no. Also, ya'll killing me forgetting Ichikawa's name like that, haha. He gave a fake name to Senpai

They didn't forget his name...That's why Sherm did the air quote on Ichihara. Can't say the same about Taylor though as his track record of remembering character names is very bad lol

Kotatsu are really nice in the winter for sure. The hype is legit. At my house in the basement, we have kind of a make-shift kotatsu with a coffee table and heated blanket (and a... platform or something for the top flat surface, so the blanket is sandwiched in between). I use it when watching TV or playing video games.

Moeko gave him 2 tests this episode. 1st is at the family restaurant to test if he will defend Yamada when getting pressed by Alpha male, since Yamada is a model and will encounter a lot of such guys on her way to fandom. Ichikawa passed with flying colour thus she openly acknowledged him as "her friend." 2nd is to test whether he will go for someone easy if given the chance. Since she's being projecting such "easy vibe" all year, inviting a guy who wanted a quick one with her will not make anyone suspicious of her testing that guy. Suffice to say Ichikawa passed with honours 😉
