the fish joke is because koi (that species of fish) sounds the same as lovesickness

Aww no Javon

In case people haven't noticed, the bridge-cutting references were from Dark Souls PvP. Two video game references in one episode was a nice touch

Hayasaka was just embarrased by Kaguya actions cuz she uses the same hospital and has to come back there. That's all haha. Also I'm pretty sure the doctors first love was Kaguyas Mom, hence why he was talking to the moon at the end to her.

SO. FUCKING. CLOSE. The whole-ass GREEN LIGHT. And he was TOO SLOW. Like, Miyuki, bruh, it wasn't a yellow light. XD Fujiwara is clutch against Miko though. She's the rest of the Council's "secret weapon" against her lmao.

This has nothing to do with this anime but have you guy watched classroom of the elite? If not I think that would be a fire reaction from you guys

Legit bro lol, chika gets in the way most of the time but now she’s their trump card

At the end, I don't think the point of the symbolism to mean that she is wet. It's not really wrong to say that, but the meat of the symbolism is the fish, a koi fish. Koi ( 恋 ) in Japanese is the noun for Love. It just a play on words, when the doctor first said koi to say love sickness ( 恋病 Koiyamai ). It was just kept as a running joke.

On that note, it is really fun to pay attention to the Japanese for this show. I am no expert but it is fun to at least capture some of the nuance they say. The translation is usually great but it does add some more formalities in some ways. Like the doctor using words like kyunkyun (きゅんきゅん) is just a little silly.

Mistress also can be used to refer to any female in a position of authority it’s not always sexual btw. Not that I would mind butler girl being interested in Kaguya just not my takeaway.
