New Stretch Goals (Patreon)

I just added some new stretch goals.

• $4000 STRETCH GOAL - FREE ART Lvl 1
  For each month this level of support is sustained, Art Tier and above Patrons get Patreon Commissions for FREE (100% discount).
  
• $4500 STRETCH GOAL -  FREE ART Lvl 2
  For each month this level of support is sustained, Social Tier and above Patrons get Patreon Commissions for FREE (100% discount).
  
• $5000 STRETCH GOAL -   FREE ART Lvl 3
  For each month this level of support is sustained, Bigger Tier and above Patrons get Patreon Commissions for FREE (100% discount).

The Patreon Commissions system (points and all that stuff) stays the same -> GUIDELINES. Only change is the price of commissions for the above mentioned tiers if certain goals are met. Additional commission slots aren't free.
