A quick edit with space fox waifu. I kind of want to make a furry edit of the whole thing later, though that would take a lot of work...

The main animation is not fit for release yet, though progress is being made.

At the moment 20 out of 22 scenes are fully animated (some lipsync and physics missing though).

To do:

  • 2 scenes are vectorized and rigged, but the animation still sucks
  • Lipsync for 6 scenes (turned out to be faster than expected)
  • Backgrounds for some scenes
  • Some voices and sound effects
  • The actual rendering

I have to say it’s been a bit of a depressing start for the new year, with slow progress and some people leaving (understandably). I believe it’s going to change once I get this one out and resume more frequent animations. A project this large may have been a mistake 😅 but we’ll see.

It’ll come out when it’s ready. I’m working full time on it, don’t worry. I’ll get that Discord server up and running before release as well.

Honestly... take your time. :) Sure, on one hand I'm (and I bet a lot of other people) really anxious to see the new animation, but that's only because we know it's going to be amazing. Kind of a "burderned by success" kind of thing... *stares at Helldivers 2* In an industry where its common for some Patrons to take 3 years worth of funds to give a minor update, a little bit of extra wait time to make sure the end product is as good as it can be is not that bad. :) Also, don't let this scare you away from longer animations... while the shorter animations gets the short-term appreciation to make it seem like a patron is getting their monthly bills money worth, it's the longer animations that tends to get the most upvotes and is generally more well remembered and enjoyed. The amount of times I've seen an erotic animation that makes me go: "This is amazing work... too bad it's just a 10 second single posed loop." :/

Take what time you need to realize your vision. The difficulty with large ambitious projects is when they sap so much time and creativity that you can end up burnt out and some people become impatient. Its difficult to find that perfect pipeline for production while also satiating your creative drive to push your abilities further. I'm excited to see the finished animation like everyone else, but your health and well being comes first. I'll keep on waiting c: Wishing you the best of luck!

Yay happy to hear you are alive and well! ;) Honestly, take your time. I can only agree with what Chiron has written here before in the comments. Its bit of a burdened by success type of thing...you are one of the most talented animators out there whos dedicated to the MLP universe and so far your animations are really amazing damned work, ESPECIALLY the longer ones which so far...always been well worth the wait. So I can just agree with what Chiron has said. Dont let it scare you away. However I believe that...if you would just give us some more updates, it doesnt even have to be a teaser always, can be a picture or even just a few lines where you tell us the state of things, what you are currently up to etc etc. I believe something like that would be, well damned appreciated by many folks. We all know what you are capable off Haltie and we all know why weve subscribed to you here and that great work sometimes takes time to be perfected. Its all well understood but I believe, a little update here and there, even if its just a one liner or a little text would be very much appreaciated as it would show us that...you are still alive and well, still on and at it ya know? Having this..bit more interaction with your fan side, I believe that would encourage many more people to stay and to patiently wait even longer if need be without just...leaving and unsubscribing. But I think alot of this will become possible and easier accessable once you would get your discord server up and running. Will always offer chances to chit chat about, help guys stay tuned and updated and what not, to stay more in touch with your community so I believe it gonna be quite positive. Nonetheless (sorry for the lengthy text) Keep up your work, we love your animations Haltie...and your kinkyness and heart that you pour into them~~ ;3

I'm sure having a Discord will allow for more communication with your community, that way people don't think you just up and died. I would assume more people would stick around if they heard from the creator more often. I've been subbed to you for almost 5 years now 💀 so I know this and all your future animations will be absolute bangers 🔥 But I can understand how people dont want to wait 5+ months for their next reward. I personally believe content on the scale of the Twilight Diner animation (3 erotic scenes, an intro, and a climax), is the perfect length for a 'larger' project. Based on your release schedule that looked like that took a month to make. And if you ever want character polling to become normal (undoubtedly increase incentive to become a patron), projects like that allow for more opportunities. But only you know your limitations. Either way boss, keep up the good work ❤️

Honestly, what were the people leaving expecting? You have always been a quality over quantity artist. Not to say artists that stick to a stricter schedule don't take their work any less seriously. Not at all. However, you have always been an artist who takes their time to make premium work and have never had any sort of a set schedule. Varying wait times for projects as been a constant for you, so no one should be leaving over that if they have been with you long enough.
