Hi, This is Muchi.

I recently had the opportunity to train my back with Mr. SUZUKI, who is a 9-time winner of Japan's top bodybuilding competition and the only person in Japan to have won his class at the Arnold Classic.

I had never experienced training being taught by others, but I think I had the best experience for the first time.

I found many things that I knew as knowledge but had not been able to do, and I feel that the quality of my next training has improved greatly.

I was also surprised at how bad I was at training, though!😂

I would like to train hard as if I were at the starting line again.

Someday I hope to train in the United States, the home of training. Is Arnold Schwarzenegger still at Gold's Gym in Venice?
