Hi, This is Muchi.

Recently in Japan there has been a lot of talk about the release of the latest Ghibli film directed by Hayao Miyazaki.

Unfortunately, I have not seen it yet, but I am doing my best to block out information to avoid being spoiled.

The unusual measure of keeping all information about the content, creator, and performers private until the day of release has made me curious to see what it means in today's social network-centered world.

In this day and age, publicity is a very important factor in selling content. However, in the face of such a brilliant talent as Hayao Miyazaki, publicity seems to be a trivial factor.

A theme park called Ghibli Park has opened in my area, and it seems to be attracting many visitors, especially from overseas. It is likely that more people will visit the park as a result of this latest film.

By the way, do you have a favorite Ghibli work? I have heard that "Spirited Away" is popular overseas. I like "Princess Mononoke".

I would like our works to be read by more and more people around the world!

I'm looking forward to the new Ghibli film! Spirited Away is a wonderful film and is quite popular overseas as well as ハウルの動く城. My favorite Ghibli film is Whisper of the Heart (耳をすませば).

A new Ghibli film is welcome! I've always liked Howl's Moving Castle best, but Spirited Away is quite good too!

This is the first time I learned that the English title is Whisper of the Heart. It sounds very pleasant.
