Investor Report (if you wanna call it that) (Patreon)

Howdy all you lovely, loyal patrons.

So most of 2022 was spent looking for a potential publisher and financier. We were hoping to have some reliable backing to get Drogune out the door. After a great deal of back-and-forth and some false starts, it all ultimately fizzled out.

We are now shifting gears to prep for a KickStarter campaign. We aim to launch in late spring or early summer. Our base goal will cover a B&W edition of the revised Book One, with a stretch goal of a color edition.

So what does that mean for the patreon?

First off, your generous support helped finance our pitch deck to the prospective publishers. Sure, it didn't pan out, but it did help us refocus our energies and it took the bite out of the disappointing result. It was time and money well spent, even if it didn't get us the ultimate goal.

Secondly, we will be looking into acknowledging all our patrons - past and present - within the book. Even if you don't drop a dollar on the KickStarter, you've supported us, and we will give you the tip of the hat somehow. If you want to support us on both platforms when the time comes...well...you're incredible? What more can I say?

Thirdly, your support here will go towards work to prep said KickStarter. We'll also use those funds to assist in reaching our goals. Your support will be felt, whether it's big or small, and it will always be appreciated.

We'll share more news and WIP stuff as we get things sorted. This is our last big push to get this right, and we thank you immensely for being along with us for the ride.
