Good point on the clone stuff, people do need to keep in mind that there are thing that we know, as a fact, and things they are simply assumed fanon. That said, I still don't think the cases discussed are clones, it just doesn't feel right. The biggest thing for me is that while we do have cloning, there does not appear to be a reliable, and stable way to accelerate the growth of the clone beyond a certain point, so if there are clones, they would most likely not be the same age but would look more like older/younger version of each other. Unless they are both clones of another person. Beyond that, the only thing we can really say for sure is that no one who is older then Stussy can be a clone, since she was the first successful human clone. As to Kuina and Tagashigi, the latest SBS had a potential answer implied for why they look so similar. Oda explained how the founders of Shimotsuki village, most of whom were all part of the same family, moved from Wano to the East Blue, and then mentioned that a large portion of the group then left that village to settle elsewhere in the East, which means it's fully possible that Kuina and Tashigi are cousins.

Cloning is very central right now, but we can't forget that simple genes and coincidences are very within Oda's repertoar

To play devil's advocate, one can easily watch the anime, fuss a little about some of this stuff, but for most it does not hinder their understanding and enjoyment of the story
