if your annoyed about how they did the fights in the beginning JUST HOLD OUT, its going to take a dynamic shift and yes you will get to see a lot of uninterrupted fights from fairy tail (no spoilers on context) but a big shift in tone will happen and it stays till the end of the arc

yeah thankfully the arc definitely improves as it goes. The later fights are what make this arc my favorite rather than the beginning (they are longer and way more interesting). The beginning fights are just set up there is a good reason why it's going the way it is (cant explain why without spoiling). It's all definitely worth the wait once you get to the second half.

Waking up to more Fairy Tail is the best. I do feel your pain, especially with Lucy's fight. It pissed me off that so many people realized there was interference, and yet the people running the game couldn't tell. But this arc is amazing you'll see, and I can't wait to watch it with you. On a side note, I am watching Avatar on Nani No Anime with you guys that's also been a blast.

Don't know why Lucy took the idiot ball from Natsu. Lucy: Oh my opponent sent her hair underground, should I use my spirit who can dig to chase after it, maybe the spirit who's power it to cut hair, or just stand here and do nothing until the enemy tells me what she's doing. The spell she used to finish off Flare was the one from the Nirvana arc.
