I hope it's clear just in context that it's Jay saying "nope", but just in case there would've been fist fights arguing over it, word of Dan is "it was Jay".

I would say "if you've played The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, that first line will sound familiar", but I never actually heard "stop right there, criminal scum!" while playing that game.

Because I was a GOOD Hero of Kvatch.
