I'm not 100% sure what Hanma did to everyone reading this, but don't worry! Just gotta draw the right card or land on the right space to fix it!

Loving these low-angle shots on Hanma-sensei.

Making sure I understand -- I have 3 cards in my hand, and on my turn I can play them on someone (myself or another depending on roll and space ownership) to transform them and purchase the square. And this "replacing" is what happens when I play a card on someone that has already had a card played on them, yes? Or do I have a choice about whether to replace an existing card or just add a new one?

You have 3 'slots' - clothing, species and misc. If you play a card into an occupied slot, you replace, otherwise you add. So, if Justin was affected by a "gender-swap" misc card and a "part-lion" species card, and you bought his space with a "large chest" misc card and a "loincloth-only" clothing card then the clothing card would add to the stack, but the misc card would be replaced. So, he'd turn from a female lion into a topless male lion with muscular pecs.

The exception to this is the 2-effect cards, which always replace each other, even if only 1 slot matches - so, if my earlier example was done with 2 of the 2-effect cards instead of 2 pairs of 1-effect cards, the result would be Cheetara!Justin turning into He-Man!Justin instead of Lion-O!Justin. In theory, this could mean a 2-effect card (species/misc) can replace a full set of transformations (a species card and a misc/clothing card) unless there is an unrevealed rule against it

Who said I wanted to? I just like how the angle emphasizes her rockin’ rack. :)
