I know I'm chiming in way late, but what was happening was the organization was using people that felt like they were being discriminated against, but the ones running it don't actually care about that. They just want to use them to weaken Japan as a Nation so that rival countries can take them down more easily. Also, Tatsuya was saying that it was all a lie, that the people at the top weren't at the top JUST because of exceptional talent, but because they also had to work hard to make use of their talent to get where they were. He said "Equality" is a sweet sounding lie. Achievement doesn't come without sacrifice of some kind, even if it's just hard work and study. Like Luke Skywalker said on The Mandalorian recently, talent without training is nothing. Tatsuya's attitude is that whatever your basic talent level, you should work to make the best of it and you'll succeed, or at least you'll have nothing to be ashamed of even if you fail.
