Hey Patrons, Since we haven't had the need for a full build / release.

Includes fixes found here

Launch services.msc and stop your Orcpub Services.
Stop the Db service last.
Copy the orcpub.jar into C:\Program Files\Orcpub\orcpub\
Restart your services.
