Couple things
Your DMV account needs to exist before you sign up for Patron.

Next your Patron email address must match your DMV email address to get patron benefits, if it doesn't let me know and I can change it on the DMV side.  Don't create another account that matches your Patron email - I won't be able to move your characters from one account to another.

The process from Patron to DMV to update your status can take up to 15 minutes to process.

You will receive an email once this has been completed - also check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

Once you get the email saying the updated completed - Logout and back in to get your new status on DMV.
