New "Health" System! [LLL] (Patreon)

Heey everyone, the new health system is now in place, so dropping into pits will make you lose one piece of clothing! =w=b

Your default HP would be 2, without pants 1, and one more stage where you're completely nude at 0.
After the Deerdude™ encounter you'd start out heading back home at 1 HP. The only thing Molly will never lose is her headphones, can't go on without music xD

I've also been wanting to add a little effect for when you die, so the clothing pieces you're losing would be flying upwards for a second. I think this would make the sudden change of your sprite/portrait more clear, but I'll save that bit of polish for later.
