H2H/ Briar and Cerise profiles and info (Patreon)

Finally oh my god I'm done with their profiles, without a further ado more info about them below(which is how they are at the start of the story! Both learn and change throughout the story), because adding text on ipad is hell for me.

Let's start with my cupid baby:
Name: Cerise (nicknamed by Briar "Cherry")
Age: very old lol
Height: 169cm(about 5'5)
Birthday: none
MBTI: ISFJ?
Likes: humans, his cupid work, sparkly pretty things, human fashion and art, any and all human food especially Briar's cooking.
Dislikes: failing, disappointing his guardian Laysrenn, Briar being uncooperative and stubborn.
Fun facts: is a weird cosmic creature that was created millions of years ago, moves his eyes with his head similar to an owl( also rarely blinks, does both of those things less the more time he spends among humans), eats onions like apples, the crystal parts of his wings make a chime sound when they move, his golden wing frame curls up in the back when he's not floating(they can also curl up around his arms), is very strong and resilient both emotionally and physically, never sleeps because he doesn't need to, likes to observe humans in various situations wink wink👁️👁️

At first glance Cerise might seem condescending and annoying, but he means well and is quite caring, be it in his own bizarre ways. Once he starts to understand human boundaries and emotions he becomes less intense. Workaholic at his core, always strives to achieve the best results. Due to his nature and his past(can't talk cuz major spoilers) doesn't handle failure very well and is ready to please people he trusts and cares about, in this case his guardian Laysrenn, whom he's eternally grateful for.
When he has a free minute(which is rare) he likes to return to his home realm where he can create new clothes and jewellery for himself, inspired by human fashion and art.
Finds Briar to be interesting but infuriating with how uncooperative and stubborn he is, but Cerise tries to respect his boundaries and lend a helping hand whenever Briar needs one.

Will never admit it out loud, but it brings him joy when he startles or scares Briar in the dark.

Dislikes: Cerise, horror movies, ghosts, bugs, conflicts and confrontations, emotional talks.
Fun facts: has a compass tattoo on his right wrist, used to have his ears pierced, actually is very conflict averse but has a scar on his right eyebrow from a fight, can watch slasher movies but is terrified of horror movies especially with ghosts, very good at playing guitar also can sing, naturally charismatic, people are very attracted to his looks and those doe eyes, took literature major because it was the closest one to his interests and something that his uncle didn't disapprove of, definitely 100% straight lmao...

If avoiding feelings was an Olympic sport, Briar would be a gold medalist. Might seem like a shallow fuckboy, but is actually more than that. Not very good at expressing his feelings due to some past events that happened in his childhood(also spoilers here lol). Likes to live his life at his own pace by his own rules even if it sometimes ends up hurting people who are close to him.
Doesn't like Cerise because he keeps disrupting his peace and keeps nagging with his own rules. Also doesn't like Cerise because he seems like a personification of certain feelings Briar is trying to repress very hard👁️👁️

Since Cerise means "cherry" in french, Briar just nicknamed him "Cherry" to annoy him, but the nickname doesn't bother Cerise, he finds it cute even.

Story premise:

Cerise has been Earth's cupid for centuries, his work going seemingly well for a while, until all his matchmaking started failing in one way or another. Now Cerise is on a mission to figure out why his matches are failing and fix this issue.

On Valentine's day he runs into a human, Briar who might as well be allergic to any romantic situations and feelings avoiding them like the plague, whose actions and fuckboy behavior infuriate Cerise so much that he reveals himself in his cupid glory in front of said human.

Butting heads at first Cerise and Briar learn how to cooperate and discover new things about each other's past. As time goes on they manage to grow close as friends and be the support they never knew they needed so much.
