THIS IS I-LAND EPISODE 11.  

I AM SO LIGHTHEADED FROM TODAY. WHAT A LOOP.  THIS EPISODE SHOOK ME AROUND LIKE AFREAKIN  SNOWGLOBE. THE ENDING MESSED ME UP SO BAD. I'M STILL SHAKING. AND I DIDN'T CATCH THE ENDING WHERE THEY SHOWED BTSxTXT SO IT TOOK ME A SECOND TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON- YOU CAN SEE HOW DELAYED MY REACTION IS AFTER I STARTED READING THE LIVECHAT & THEN MY HEAD & HEART GO *BOOM* AND I EXPLODED LOOOOL. HELLO?!?! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I WILL NOT SURVIVE NEXT WEEK!!! WOW. THIS WAS SO EFFING SCARY. MY GOODNESS. PLS. VOTE WISELY. WE ARE ONE WEEK AWAY FROM THE FINALE. PLEASE VOTE. PLEASE. VOTE!!!

Writing before watching your reaction. I'm soo happy for Niki, about time! Love how Heesung's family are like 'be more like Jay' and Jay's mum is 'be more like Heesung'. How do they not find Jay the most funniest????? Can't wait to see your reaction, although not so much the end :(

Thank you for sharing your reaction with us! I felt so bad for you when you thought Daniel was going to go home. I wanted to tell you he was going to be safe. :( OK! My thoughts: - AMAZING JOB BY K AND NIKI! They did so well, dance, vocals and the LOOKS. I am so happy for both of them for being 1 and 2. - Sunoo totally blew us away with his bubbly charms, as expected. - Heeseung, you did so well out of your comfort zone, don't cry! - Sunghoon did AMAZING and he only had 5 days to practice. (5th place again) - JAY, you did great!!! He's my bias, and I love that he got 3rd in the global vote. Happy Jay is the cutest. And his mom? She is a riot. (and 6th place again, does he know that is the bed V laid on? Perfect match for his blanket lol) - Jake was so cute and I love how he can make us smile. - Daniel really showed out this time, so glad he had a great performance! - Jungwon I was so shocked that he was low in the rankings! The producers have loved him so much in the past, I didn't think it would happen, but when he was in the bottom 2, I knew he wouldn't be the one to go home. - HANBIN! I'm so sad to see his smiling face gone from the island. He will be missed so much. I love his distinct voice, so I was really surprised the producers were critical of him for that. Watching the stage back, the only time I thought he was a bit dissonant was during the bridge. Other than that, I thought he stood out in a good way. -The I-landers dancing to Dynamite was one of the most precious things ever! And I love their dance party in the behind video! <3<3<3 Every I-lander is talented at this point, I will feel sad for anyone who is not in the debut group. <3

It was definitely sad to see Hanbin leave. It's so hard to figure out who you want to debut. When they didn't show Jay's practice, I got a bit worried. I'm so happy that he is currently in the debut group! What's good for Jay in this episode is that his highlights were funny (especially with his mom). I hope that bodes well with the public voting. Vote for Jay everyone. He is a perfect fit imo

Jay's my bias too. We saw feedback for everyone but Jay, but I think it was Bang PD said he didn't improve so that's why he gave him a hard time. Why do we not get to see that?? Everyone was actually great or good, there wasn't much in the points for the bottom 5, so it's not liked anyone sucked. I won't handle next week being in the hands of all of us.

Haha! Jay's mom was hilarious. "Did you get eliminated? You didn't do anything cringy again, did you? Be consistent like Heeseung!" And I loved how they showed Jay giving his team members feedback. Teams need that to improve! He just needs to make sure he doesn't come off as jerk (I have this problem personally) and can take feedback from others in turn. Vote for Jay!

I have to agree with the PD's choices on this episode. I was so worried for Jungwon but I understood why he was in that position. Compared to the others he lacked energy and didn't shine as much... I really hope he comes and kill's it in the final. I agreed completely about their views on Hanbin. I love Hanbin. I love his voice. He sounded amazing in every other song he's performed but whenever I heard his voice this time it took me out of it. His voice neither flowed with the rest of the group like how TXT's voices flow together nor did it compliment them like BTS' voices compliment each other. It just stood out from them and wasn't great IMO. But I'm very confident Hanbin will debut somewhere. He is older but he's not Korean so he doesn't have to worry about military so that won't be a factor in a company reaching out to him and I really look forward to checking out his debut no matter where he debuts. While you were freaking out over Daniel not making it I was all afhahfhd "doesn't she remember how they complimented Daniel?" I knew right from their feedback it was going to be Jungwon and Hanbin TT I'm so happy for Niki. I felt so sad for him that he could never be in the top so I'm glad he gets to be 2nd this time. My OT7 is still safe thank god. K, Jay, Heeseung, Sunghoon, Jungwon, Sunoo, and Jake!!! They're who I and my friends all want to debut. Personally I'm rooting for Daniel and Niki to be put into the 2022 BigHit boy group!! I love them both but I just feel they don't suit *this* particular group as much, plus they're so young and going off of DIY and Flicker esp, the concept this group is going for just feels a bit *older*.

This is going to be a long comment bc this episode was very emotional for me as a Niki and Hanbin stan lol. I'm so proud of Niki I'm glad he is finally getting recognition from the produces. I really really hope he ends up in the debut group. And Hanbin :'(((((((. I'm so sad to see him go. I understand the critique that he isn't really showing the producers anything new but the comment about his vocals didn't make sense. He just has a very unique tone/vocal color and that's why he seemed to stand out. I knew as soon as mnet started showing more of Hanbin that he was going to be voted off. I think mnet never planned on having Hanbin in the debut group from the beginning and that's why there was so little content of him. Oh well :/.

This episode made me realize how good of a singer K is, K is known to be a great dancer and great performer, but no one ever talks about his vocals and they are really nice. Sleep on beds, not K. Vote for K and Jay.

Hi, I'm a new sprinkle who hasn't commented yet, but here I am now! I just wanted to share my thoughts on this episode... First! My current Top 7! They are: Heeseung, Sunoo, Jungwon, K, Sunghoon, Jay, and Niki! I had Geonu, Taki, AND Hanbin in my list at the start, but, well, we know how that turned out 😖 About this episode! Man, I wanted Hanbin to debut SO BAD. His vocals are AMAZING (I thought he stood out cuz of his accent not bad tone) but I see where they were coming from with his performance. Waiting for Hanbin's debut! As a Heeseung bias (yep, biasing predebut) I was so sad seeing him frustrated over Chamber 5. I doubt he was THAT torn up over not getting 1st or 2nd place, but moreso disappointed in the fact that he didn't do his best so late in the game, especially cuz (iirc) he thought mastering the "bubbly stage" is needed for an idol. K, Niki, and Sunoo are now roomates! Can't wait to see their reactions to the Top 3 benefits. And you saying you may never watch another show like this again? FELT THAT. This whole run has been fun but it is in no way a stress-reliever. I'm gonna need a BIG break from survival shows after I-Land.

This episode was a whole emotional roller coaster and I'm quite a mess as you are, but can we talk about the Chamber 5 song? I loved Flame on as well but Chamber 5 OMG that song is my shit. First I thought it's one of those happy bubbly song, but it actually goes deeper and has more dreamy, groovy vibe in it. Out of all, that little rap part from Sunoo, Jungwon, and Jake was the highlight for me. The bass beat is so strong and catchy, and their singing-rap suited the song so well. This song reminds me of those songs from TXT or SHINee, both of which I loooove.

Both Flame On and Chamber 5 were so good. Two completely different vibes but both smashed it. I loved that the top 3 could call people and talk to them. Heeseung and Jays phone calls killed me though. Heeseungs brother saying he should be more like Jay and Jays mom saying how he should be more like Heeseung. Jays mom is a whole vibe though, so funny! After the performances and evaluations from producers, I thought the lowest two would be Jungwon and Hanbin. Out of the two options I thought Jungwon would be saved because I feel he's more versitile than Hanbin for different concepts. But that's just my opinion. Hanbin did soo good though! Where Heeseung cried after getting 4th, was not because he got 4th but more because he didn't feel like he lived up to his standards in this concept and wanted to show that he could be just as strong in this bubbly concept as in the others. For me, the top 3 were all in their element concept wise (definitely deserved the spots there got). I'm impressed with Heeseung that he could do so well in a concept he's not use to. This episode messed with our emotions but just wait, next week I think it will be worse at least for me. Because the 9 that are there are all ones I want to debut/favorites, so whoever leaves is going to hurt a lot. My duet list right now is Heeseung, K, Sunghoon, Jungwon, Suno, Jay, Niki or Daniel (keep going back and forth on the 7th). I just can't wait to see the BTS and TXT welcome their new little brothers to the Bighit family. I just hope they really get to see them in person and not just recorded video. And TxT members meeting Heeseung again after so long, the feels will be strong there. BTS, TXT, I-land=chaos! CAN'T WAIT!

This is hands down the most I’ve cried for an episode, I was mentally prepared to say goodbye to literally anyone this ep and hanbin wasn’t even in my final 7 but obviously I want all of them to make it at this point, as soon as I saw Hanbin and Jungwon hold hand I started bawling my eyes out I grew so attached to all of them and I really couldn’t stop crying I watch the rest of the ep with blurry eyes that I also missed the TXT and BTS announcement. For me the applicant that really hurt see go was Nicholas but I didn’t even cry this hard then so idk how I’m gonna be able to hold on next week😭💔

Heeseung’s and Sunoo’s family being in love with Jay warmed my hear so much especially after finding out that Heeseung and Jay have been friends since trainee days under big hit so I’m assuming that their families know each other too I really wanna see the gang in a unit: Heeseung, Jay, and Sunghoon Big Hit Besties💕😂

Random thoughts: - Whatever was stuck to your hair (at the beginning of the video) totally distracted me 😂, but at some point it was gone, I think (or I didn't notice anymore) - YES, finally Ni-Ki! I was SOOOO happy for him! - Them cleaning while listening to Dynamite was one of my highlights! - Think I mentioned it before, but I kinda guessed Hanbin would go (or I at least said if they don't want him in the group, he'll be voted off in this episode)... and as soon as they suddenly showed him more, it was already confirmed for me. - No WAY would they have let Jungwon go. He was always one of the tops and his unique voice... NOPE, there's not a debut group without him. I could go on with how much and why I love each and every one of them, so I'll stop now. Just one last thing: DEBUT AT LEAST THE REMAINING 9! I CANNOT STAND SEEING EVEN ONE MORE GO. PLEASE! This is so hard! 😭💔 The last episode should really just be everyone being happy, celebrating the new debut group and no one's leaving. *sniff* Wait, very last thing: BTS & TXT IN THE FINAL EPISOOOOOOODE!!!! OMG!!!!!

I try so hard not to look at spoilers or mnet’s videos on YouTube, but a video with a thumbnail of a gloomy Jungwon appeared on my recommended. I didn’t watch it, but it made me think that Jungwon was the one who got eliminated. So when I watched the episode, I was preparing myself for the worst. When I saw that Jungwon was 9th, I literally jumped off my couch, went crazy, and pulled my hair! I liked Hanbin, but Jungwon is DEF needed in my debut list. My heart was racing like crazy!! I’m also SUPER excited for the final episode! I can’t believe BTS and TXT are going to appear, and I remember that Heeseung trained and was friends with TXT so I really want to see their interaction! My list for debut is Sunoo, Heeseung, Sunghoon, Jungwon, Jay, Jake, and K. I really love Daniel and Ni-ki, but I think they are still young. I believe it would be best if they debuted in Bighit’s 2022 boy group instead. Anyways, I waited all day for your reaction! I kept constantly checking if you posted anything lol.

Tbh, I watched this episode while I was at the beach at OBX so I did not catch everything so it was good to rewatch it with you hahahaha. Anyways, I don't know if it was this episode or the last episode but my feelings about Daniel has changed. I mean, I still think he needs more training and experience, but I don't think that matters as long as he has the drive to succeed. I think he'd make a cute big maknae lol. I am SO happy for Niki and K! So so so so so happy XDDDDD Jay keeps making me laugh. Every time I see him, I smile. They need him. Oh and when I heard his conversation with his mother, it made me realize why he is the way he is hahahaha. Awww, I thought Jake looked kinda like Harry Potter with his glasses for some reason lol. Oh, Sunoo! I just realized something. I've always thought he was a good performer, but now I think it's more than that! He's a good entertainer! Like the charm that he has and how he knows how to entertain and draw in an audience. I had such a hard time trying to figure the words for that lol. He's very good. And now Hanbin....I think I would feel a lot better about the producers saying he didn't improve if I actually got to see how he didn't improve lol. We didn't get to see much of him in performances so how am I to know if he improved or not. I just have to the take the producers' words for it. I feel like they literally cut him out of a lot of shots and scenes. So I might agree with you about them using him for his vietnamese fan base. To be honest, I held my tongue a lot when it came to how I felt about Hanbin because I was hopeful about him, but felt negativity at the same time. When I first saw him, I was surprised and was like yay a vietnamese person, but in the back of my head I felt sad cuz I knew he wouldn't make it and sooner or later the producers would find some way to get rid of him. It's hard enough for someone who's asian, but not Korean to become a K-pop idol because of the language barriers and being from different countries, cultures, etc, etc. But I think it's it's even harder for a SEA to become a K-pop idol and stay a K-pop idol. But I don't want to delve too deep into that topic haha! Anyways, he is talented and I hope he continues training to either become a K-pop idol or V-pop idol XD. Ah, one last thing, please take care of yourself to not stress too much during these episodes. I feel so bad for you when you get all stressed out. Take care!
