This was going to be a brake day but I couldn't resist and made the "main menu," screen for the Lara Scene I will be working on after The Whiplash update.

One feedback that stuck with me recently was someone commenting on a forum, saying I should use more shadows and mixed colors to raise the intensity of the environments and characters.

I have tried this idea with Lara's "Look Scene," and I liked the result, and today I couldn't stop myself from trying to do something more with lights.

I also want to use a "locked camera," for the short / intro animations in this scene, basically I want to create a cinematic cut-scene. I was really reluctant using locked cameras before because I didn't know how they worked in VR or if you were able to interact with stuff when the camera is locked, it turns out you can.

I guess this is going to be one of my "experimental scenes," but don't worry, it's not going to be a sh*t-show like the previous ones. I know what to do and how to do, the experiment part is you I guess, I wonder if you are going to like it or not.

Locked cameras, motion capture and intense lighting will increase the visual quality of my scenes I believe.

Obviously when the action starts, you will be able to use the free camera or select from my choice of camera angles.
