As the Lady of Time, she can change her age at will. While she usually prefers her younger version, it's not rare for her to use her other versions as well if the situation calls for it. This includes sex scenes and combat, where each age bracket hosts different kinds of selectable scenes to see and/or battle moves to smack you with.

However with age difference also comes size difference, and while the Time Goddess can change those factors at will, the same can't be said for her clothing.
