$10 Subscriber Reward #4: Lucius Meets the Pakkumotes (Patreon)

And here's the $10 reward accompanying the previous post, which subscriber GoldenFlair0205 (as he's known on Discord) and I agreed would involve Lucius, and so wouldn't be drawn until after I'd designed him. Still, I had fun with this one. It's the second pic I've done with someone hanging by their toes from something while their soles are tickled, but if you're familiar with those "Hang In There!" motivational posters, you know it's appropriate. ;P
