"A non-existent one," Morgan scoffs, a stream of smoke spreading out from between her lips as she speaks.

Farah wrinkles her nose. "Well, aren't you the epitome of romance."

"You seriously expected anything else?" Morgan shoots back, to which Farah concedes with a dip of her shoulders.

"I like proper dates, you know?" Farah says after recovering her enthusiasm. Her eyes glimmer as she gazes into the distance. "Food and a movie. A good one, obviously."

"Specifying a 'good' movie could cause issues," Nate comments with a shrug. "Your tastes could vary vastly from your partner's."

"It would make things easier if your date agreed to being the food though," Morgan says with a growing smirk. 

Nate stumbles on a reply before wheezing out a breath. "Morgan!" 

She says nothing in reply, only letting her smirk grow into a sly smile.

"Whatever." Farah waves a hand and swivels in her chair to face Nate. "So what's yours?"

A wistful glaze glasses over his eyes. "Something with purpose or meaning. A walk around a mu—"

"Don't say museum," Farah interrupts as she snaps her hand into the air. "Just don't."

Nate shifts, folding his arms with a wrinkle between his brows. "Some people enjoy expanding their minds as well as their hearts."

"If it's a good date, then that's not the only thing that should be expanding," Morgan adds, expelling a deep chuckle as she high-fives Farah, who belts out a laugh too.

The wrinkle turns into a disgusted frown before Nate shakes it away and looks to Adam, who has been silent throughout. "Is there much point in asking your opinion on this subject?"

"Dates are an excuse used by those who wish to fill time that could be much better spent on productive uses," he states, sitting stark straight in his chair. "If you wish to spend time with someone, you can easily do while on a mission, or over writing reports."

Nate sighs. "Yes. That's about what I thought you'd say."
