Nope. The peace talks happen because the dragons took castle Ulrys, thus effectively driving the wolves forces out of their land. I will probably make it clearer in the next few pages.

So it seems that Vlagg Is more or less upset a Bob for jeopardizing the peace talks. Not implying he doesn't care about Gervic's well being but the immediate problem is that Bobs actions possibly jeopardized peace. I'm curious if Bob knew the peace talks were happening now? Not that he would care since he has severe animosity towards wolves. I also wonder about the vice commander. I don't know if you just kind of added his silence for dramatic buildup but sometimes when I see someone else being silent especially with the speech bubble "..." they seem to have their own views but dont say.
