Some slight changes to the tiers (Patreon)

Hey guys!

I decided on some more, slight changes. 

Most notably, I've given each tier an extra chapter of early access! I figured the increased cost of the lowest tier should be reflected in an extra chapter, at least. ;)

I'll be adding more early access chapters in the future, and in order to keep things balanced, the next one should obviously go to just the third tier and higher. After that, I'll see. ^^

The second, slight change, would be that I've decided to no longer list all of my patrons on my website. The truth is, I hadn't updated that list in a while, because Patreon is a nightmare when it comes to keeping track of patrons who leave. (I'm guessing out of privacy concerns) I literally have to check manually what names in my table are no longer amongst my list of patrons. 

And so, I decided to make it a listing for 'Top Patrons' only, meaning tier 4 and 5. That way, it should be easy enough for me to keep track of everybody, at least. ^^
