The main reason I think watching Oregairu would be best is because I want to see if they end up as disappointed with the story as I was by Season 3 xD The first season was amazing and S2 was alright but S3 was just painful to watch for me.

Sometimes, they do it within 24 hours. Other times, it can be a week or two. I think it depends on their filming schedule, as well as whether the show being replaced is finished yet. I've noticed that Duo shows are usually quicker to release, though.

Didn't want to just stick it on a main post but hope you guys see it. Hope you do Ace of Diamond. Baseball anime so damn good made by Madhouse who did the animation for Hunter X Hunter, No Game No Life, Irregular At Magic High School(another one you should watch same as Misfit but better and before it), Overlord, Parastye, Death Note, Cardcaptor Sakura And Season one of One Punch Man just to name a few. So just visuals/heritage alone they are in a class their own.
