I think that when Pioran said that she wanted to be useful to Fushi, she meant as in when fushi turns into her she'd want him to have her younger self instead of her old self since shes of no use to Fushi is he turns into her when shes just an old lady, and the man in black just engraves her soul into Fushi's orb for it to be her younger slelf, that way shes more useful when Fushi turns into her.

When the guy responded about being a demon, "thats a dicussion thats far removed from us", I think he meant that he and Fushi are so powerful and mystical that the concept of demons and gods doesnt even concern them. Thats just something humans came up with.

True.... but she was absorbed as an old lady after changing her form several times. So maybe it is a multitransformation where fushi can transform to any piorans age. I could be wrong lol

man, what amazing voice acting for the man in black. his voice give me chills every time I hear it. it is such an anonymous voice that can either be the voice of something soothing or feared. Glad to see this series, its been an emotional ride.

What happened to pioran was that she went to paradise, she was her younger self b/c that was her wish, and when god came he snapped her out of it and returned her to how she was before and put her soul in fushi's orb. The note that came out while he was mourning was actually her giving him advice from inside him. She ain't gonna be reincarnated as a new character since she's inside fushi

I think he turned Pioran into the same thing that Fushi is. Fushi also started at one of those orbs right? Decades passed so she could learn to be strong as Fushi by the time she finds him again.

im pretty sure she just became a form for him, but an old form wouldnt be too useful so she asked if she could be younger at least for him. as for the soul going into the orb, thats what happened with all of them, thats why we see their souls hanging around every so often.

this is a guess it look like maybe 20 years had passed. Fushi doesn't look that old maybe late 30's in that body so that girl Tonari is probably going in her early 30s and Pioran is probably going to be close to that age. but I hope they don't reset that look when he transform because that would be annoying

Pioran died but from I could tell not only did her Older self get added to Fushi but her Younger (more Useful) self got added to him too, as well as like a middle aged Pioran too

I don't think that's what is implied here. He asked Pioran picture what you want to reincarnate as. It could be anything as long as it's alive I'm guessing. As for the orb maybe it's just his method of allowing her to change into something else.

They literally show that all forms reset after he transforms, so he'll be young again if he turns into anything else and then back to a human.

@Roshi What you and other people are confusing is that her looking younger was her "paradise". She was getting ready to cross over into the after life. The dude in black said he would come for her before she fully crossed over. I think he just stored her soul in that orb for now until he puts her in a new vessel/form in which of course she won't have memories or look like she used to at any age.

The note Pioran left for Fushi hit me so hard. I feel like it's a part of life trying to determine what your purpose is, so many of us are living for those around us/our loved ones and not living for ourselves. Pioran reminded Fushi to live for himself, and to go after HIS dreams.
