Mikey is more calm and composed than I thought cause before I thought Mikey just went apeshit on Kazutora cause of what he did to his brother but it was that plus him killing Baji that made Mikey get that way. Mikey even talked in his favor to get him out of juvie early but dude still wants to blame him for it, even if Kazutora has his own issues I can't see myself sympathizing with him.

My bet is that Kazutora kills Baji because Toman's one condition was to bring Baji back, and Kazutora recognizes that as a way to hurt Mikey.

I think Baji wants to be punished by Mikey because he feels like he deserves his anger for what happened to his brother because Mikey forgave him so easily, that’s just what I think though 🤷🏿‍♂️

Man if I was Takemichi every time I'd done something in the past that could change outcomes I'd head straight back to the future and check if it was a positive or negative change. You'd think he'd try and use the huge advantage of knowing/learning about future events more effectively.

Roshi you also gotta remember that time is constant with the whole jumping from the future to the past and vice versa, so when he travels back in time he arrives at the exact same time and day as it was in the future just 12 years earlier. So waiting until it's night to time-travel would just be wasting precious hours.

I feel like Baji is still on Mikey's side, basically because he visited his brother's grave the night before, and it wouldn't make sense for him to truly try to kill Mikey, given how much remorse he seems to have about what happened. Also, that would explain why Kazutora killed him. As it is now, Kazutora thinks Baji is on his side, but if something happened during the battle and Baji suddenly sided with Mikey, then Kazutora would see it as "betrayal" and then kill him? I dunno man... This anime is killing me. The plot is so damn good... I'm definitely reading the manga once season 1 is over.

Rewatching this episode here, I realized something hidden but very symbolic. Takemitchi when going back in time says He will protect Mikey and Baji now, I don't know if it is meant to imply protecting them right now, but he omits his usual 'to protect Hina..". I find this symbolic because we might get to a point where Takemitchy has to choose his gang over his girlfriend, especially if he wants to become the leader. This theory is proven when immediately takemitchy is taken back that he awoken with Hina, and the fact that she gave him the necklace gave a rush of memories of why he is doing this. Anyways here are all my existing theories right now Theory1: Takemitchi will slowly start to value his gang more than Hina, causing them to breakup Theory2: Takemitchy starts to become more aggressive (similar to when he punched Kisaki randomly) in his pursuit to keep everyone alive, but Hina becomes his anchor once again. Theory3: Downwards spiral (similar to Subaru in season 2) of his mind and he will face an extreme burnout, but Hina will reappear and bring him back to his senses, making his remember what all of this was for. Theory4: Takemitchi gets the ideal future where Hina survives, but at the terrible cost of Mikey. So he has to make a choice.

After watching this episode, the most noticeable thing that stuck out to me was the host of the fight. He had respect, he had people bow to him, he was folded....then i went back and froze drakens face reaction to it. I pondered over it to understand, but got nothing. He was just the guy, who got folded.
