Tbf, you've lived there for two years. You had time to find the best pizza locales in your area. Someone who is only visiting has a pretty decent chance of striking out. For example, the Trash Taste crew, who live in Japan, find some western foods gross when they find it in Japan (it's not a knock against Japan; different cultures and countries are better equipped to make certain cuisines).
