Imo both ending and opening is safe to watch, especially the ending. Some ppl argue about the opening so up to you if you want to watch it or not, but personally it barely has any. Reason why grimjoww is a mystery is bcs in the manga you obviously can't hear the VA so in that source it wasn't 100% source who it was. Of course it's not hard to speculate if u go back to looking at pictures of arrancars etc.

How I see it is think back to when Aizen wiped out the Gotei 13 without breaking a sweat despite the espadas losing. It doesn't matter if more squad members got trained by squad zero. They need quality over quantity and I can see them using their limited time favoring Ichigo and Kenpachi of Zaraki (quality) over others bc defeating the sternritters mean nothing if they can't beat Ywach. I can also imagine not every squad member can handle the training to show results.
