Changelog:
-Expanded the tutorial to get the new CGs.
-Added a new category called "Puzzles & Quests" which walks you through getting all the currently added puzzles and secrets.
-Added maps for floor 12 and floor 13*.

*Floor 13 map is quite horizontal, so it looks kind of off in the PDF.
