CG Concept Preview! V0.22 Rachel related! (Patreon)

[This post may contain possible major spoilers linked to the character Rachel and events surrounding her character story within her route. Precede with caution! ]

We're now reaching the last of the v0.22 content! (I know how odd that is to say in terms of what's released for game content to people and what's being seen in concept previews, etc. ^^" ) By the end of this year, we'll probably have the game released content caught up to what is being shown here and beyond.

Today's concept art we're showing off will focus on Rachel's route episode 6 content. What you're about to view for Rachel is completely new to MA development history and isn't based on a older build event or scene, etc. 

As always! I can't mention too much context for how we get to this exact moment below.. But there will be some hints and overall, you'll be able to piece some stuff together on your own. :P

Rachel's cg scene worthy moment was pretty tough to figure out.. I had a good idea of what it'd be focused around, but.. I also had a few different options pop up for what her episode would focus around and well.. I think this will be a pretty surprising shock. The best I can describe this, is the conclusion of the werewolf rumor/arc mystery behind Rachel as the future path is what will come afterwards with knowing the truth. :P

First preview! We have our very early, first look at what the original view/angle was going to be like before we scrapped it for the final view.

As you can see, we can assume we have Rachel sitting on top of.. Uhh.. Well, considering the academy doesn't allow pets... I'd imagine we're looking at a stuffed animal plushie? (Just to clarify for the sake of Patreon and other concerns, it is a plushie and not a live animal.)

Now.. Let's see what the final view looks like below!

A bit more up close and personal now! We can also begin to see some finer details coming together for the later stages of the drawing, to help highlight the animal plushie being just that. As for what Rachel is doing sitting on it like that.. <.< Well.. We'll have to continue along and see!

Next as we continue below...

Another pose?! But it doesn't seem to tell us much more does it? I'm sure a few of you with naughty thoughts in mind are already well ahead of me in thinking what could be going on here.. But let's keep going and see if we can gather some more clues first!

Alright! Rachel's details are coming in now! Uhh.. Wait a minute, that outfit looks a bit familiar.. <.< I don't know if that confirms anything for sure, but I'll leave the details up to you to figure out. 

It'd seem we're also piecing together a better idea of what Rachel is doing on top of her plushie... >.< Does the shy girl have a bit more to tell us that we're not aware of? Let's continue..

O-Oh my!.. Rachel! ...Well that seems to at least confirm without a doubt that she's having a moment with her plushie, but why or how things led to this very moment are still unknown... 

Now we can see Rachel's face expression, along with some other animation movements during another pose! <.< I'm sure we all know where this is leading towards for a conclusion.. But just how far will that conclusion be exactly? How are we seeing Rachel act like this without her being extremely embarrassed?! >.>

I guess, we have no choice.. We'll have to look at one last preview! Saving the best for last.

Now that's a good amount of animation frames in motion! It would seem this is as far as we'll get to look into this one for now.. But hopefully we're walking away from this preview with some questions and possibly some newfound answers about Rachel as we see things unfold in-game soon enough.. :P
