a new marten approaches (Patreon)

Found myself recently fixating on beech martens and started trying to design a new boy as one. Yet another addition to the growing Atrata/Martez family I have going, though I haven't quite decided where he falls in relation to Marshall and his brothers. There's some paw service here too for those that are into that, I love yall.

I've experimented a lot with him but I think the top of this image is his solidified appearance. I tried out an ear piercing that I just did not like no matter what I did to it, so I just threw it out altogether. He looks good without it anyway. The shoe removal sketch is a good look. Sideways cap and a slutty little anklet, that's cute imo.

I should post more stuff like this, it's the bulk of the "work" I do nowadays. I just love sketching rapidly and messily... designing characters gives me life. But I get kind of insecure about it. I feel vulnerable, idk.
