I’m doing my best, my best just sucks. [Update] (Patreon)

Hey guys—since you all are my bosses, I feel the need to let you know how things are going since it’s been a bit quiet.

MFF was great, however, I had zero time for art. We travelled to my parents’ place afterwards for an early holiday visit, where I thought I’d get more done, and lo and behold—I’ve caught COVID.

So that hasn’t been great. I’m glad I’d been boosted earlier in the year, but it still is like a really bad cold/flu, so lots of sleep, throbbing headaches, and generally un-fun. I have, at least, been able to work in between them, so I’ve been trying to finish the Denali 3-character piece I posted WIPs with before, and I’m almost there.

Since I’m expecting to feel better (fingers crossed) by the time I get home-home for real, the rest of the month is open. I made it a note to include the ARA animation as a continuation of work so I don’t forget it, and I’ve been writing several ideas for some side-comics as well that I think have been very fun. Perhaps I can share them with the higher tiers for feedback and insight.
