Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (240) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Game development

I’ve implemented all the farmhand events into the game, moving onto the rubber pixie area and events next: First up tomorrow will be the forest glade map together with some custom sprite-work, afterwards tackling her intro scene and mini-boss battle. Aiming to have all of that implemented by Wednesday, so that for the remainder of the week I can focus on the rubber flower fail-state. All-in-all progress is still going good; and I’m still well on schedule to hit the planned release date of the 28th of February for Tier III. 💪

A tight squeeze! (snake comic)

On the snek comic front; I’ve manage to setup the final scene of the comic, and also started rendering out the first part of it: It’s going a lot quicker than the throne room scene and that’s primarily because of the (lack of) posing I need to do on the snakes tail. Although I really like the custom geo-graft of the snake ladies, their tails are everything but easy to pose, and especially if there’s two of them on the screen at the same time it can become quite the time sink… That said I’ve got no regrets doing it; the two of them (with their squeeze toys) together makes for quite a nice picture. ;3

Luckily in the final scene the snake queen is alone, and will also not do a lot of slithering: Instead using the weight of her tail for different purposes… I won’t spoil as to exactly what (yet) however; so you folks will just have to wait and see (or guess from the teasers lol).

As things currently stand I’m about halfway done with the final scene; planning to wrap up the final images in either coming weekend or the next one. Afterwards only post-processing and text remains... 💪

Teasers

First up another teaser of the farmhand map/area! As Kathleen’s luck would have it they’re out in FORCE when she needs to make her trek through the woods… Best to avoid them lest Kathleen gets a one-way ticket to the farm. ;0

And of course another teaser of what happens if she doesn’t heed that advice: Seems like the feed has fattened her up nicely (in all the right places), though there’s one more thing needed before she starts spurting milk. Luckily the farmhands know all to well what this is thing is and are on top of it (or rather behind). >;3

And finally a teaser of the snake comic; featuring a suspicious liquid dripping towards Lara's face… 👀
