Patreon warning

The investigation is complete. My Patreon page remained. I will summarize what has happened in recent days and what will happen after that.

This happened:

I received a reminder on March 1 from the Trust & Safety team that my content did not comply with Patreon guidelines. Unfortunately, I only noticed this letter on the 3rd. So I started in a big enough hurry to meet the conditions. (Due to the time lag, I could have read on 2 at the earliest.) I had to remove more content from Patreon and then, on the next round, from Twitter as well. I asked a member of the Patreon Trust & Safety team to clarify their position on the use of monsters. I quote:

"As for our definition of bestiality, depictions of characters based on a human template engaged in sexual acts with characters based on an animal template, are in violation of our guidelines."

and

"With regards to the glorification of sexual violence, we will review how a piece of work is ultimately presented. This means that in addition to any disclaimers that may accompany a piece of work, we will also account for the narrative context, the final presentation of any media, and any clearly visible themes within the work."

Unfortunately, both of my own title are affected. After removing the images and writings depicting violence and and monsters, the page was reviewed and the investigation was completed.

I will no longer be able to publish such content on these feeds (Patreon, Twitter). If you're already here, you have nothing to do. :) Thanks!

I think I can make good use of what happened. At Subscribestar, I don’t have to worry, I can be much more “creative”. ;)
