Sometimes (like this time) my personal pick from the monthly request hat errs on the simple side – I don't know diddly about yordles or the game they hail from, but the flexibility that this single-sentence request (the title basically sums it up) allowed for was too tempting to ignore.

Anyway for anyone else as ignorant as I am about the setting/characters: this is a goth gremlin girl with clinical depression whose own shadow manifests an infinite amount of knotted dog cocks to harass her, but she's so depressed not even having her holes stretched and guts stuffed with supernatural goo fazes her.
