Maybe you've already heard, but some ex-Konami guys are crowd-funding a Suikoden spiritual successor called "Eiyuden Chronicle."

I'm not exactly trying to advertise that project, but am personally excited enough about it that the first character showcase they shared in an update on the Kickstarter page (which included some generic lass in a yellow dress plus A BIPEDAL SHARK MAN) struck my funny bone and...
...well, here we are now.
