"Mary stuck on her back slightly larger than the end of Magic Shop but stuck on her back and being teased by Jenna in the last episode"

I never really saw Mary's ultimate fate through at the end of Special delivery, its a regret. Would things go back to normal if she'd lasted whole night? Since it magic we can say the spell, the babies and the consequences will vanish like the morning mist, but going into labor in front of Jenna was still a very real problem.
