Okay, so this picture was born out of a few "bad decisions", I might call them. In the last two weeks I cranked out 12 pictures in 14 days. I haven't really taken a break from drawing and I realize that I should. It's not like I was suffering burnout or anything, I just realized that there wasn't as much time before the 24th as I anticipated, so I scrambled to get everything I wanted done before Christmas finished in time.

I made it, thankfully and so today was actually the first day, where I could relax. And then my mind wandered to the XXX-Mess picture, which will be made public around Christmas. I felt like if I had any chance of drawing a sort of prequel to that, it would be now. So I sat down and pretty much rushed this piece out. It didn't feel like stress or anything, because I really liked working on this.

While at MFF I met a couple of deer fursuiters and boy did they rekindle my love for cervine species! So it was a great opportunity to draw two reindeer, with one of them rivaling even Coach in size! Overall, yes this was probably not a good decision after having drawn SO much in the recent days, but I do promise that I will take it easy now that everything is done and find time to relax. Asyr actually has been pretty adamant about it - he takes good care of me. :3
